REDUCED FEE FOR DIAMOND REPORT UPDATES

September 18, 2019 – Beginning Friday, September 20, 2019 through Sunday, March 1, 2020, any existing GIA natural diamond or laboratory-grown diamond report issued in 2018 and 2019 can be submitted to any GIA laboratory for the Update Service. Stone submissions for the Update Service must be received by GIA within the promotional period to be eligible. The diamonds will be fully reviewed and a new report will be issued with the current date. The reduced fee will be 30% of the normal grading fee for the original service. Submissions for the Update Service must be accompanied by the original report. Service limitations apply. A complete list of eligible services are as follows:

Colored Diamond Grading Report, Colored Diamond Identification and Origin Report, Colored Diamond Identification and Origin Report - Black, Colored Diamond Origin Report, Diamond Grading Report, Diamond Origin Report, Diamond Dossier, Focus Report, Diamond eReport, Laboratory-Grown Colored Diamond Report, Laboratory-Grown Colored Diamond Grading Report, Laboratory-Grown Diamond Grading Report, Sorting-Diamond Grading, and Sorting-Dossier.

Additional secondary services such as Conversions, Re-Exam Conversions, Same Day Service, Issue Report Services, and Observations will not be included in the promotional discount and will be in accordance with the published fee schedules.
